1994 Integra turns over but will not start. The day before, the engine was running really rough before it warmed up. I go no fire at the plugs. I did a tune up about a 6 months ago so im confident plugs and wires ok. ICM??? COIL?? Anybody seen this before. I read something about a main relay under the dash? Is there any way I can test any of these components? i don't want to just shotgun the problem. Thanks
