DA Motor Mounts... NEED ASAP!
Trending Topics
you know the mounts are the same for 90-93 5spds right?? what do you need the mounts for??? you say your doing a swap? what into what may I ask?
I have heard different and i was shipped mounts from a later model Integra and they didnt match up. Idk, they could have been DC mounts but he said they were DA mounts. They obviously were not. Im just trying to play it safe and get what i know works. If you have some you think will work lmk and we can meet somewhere... you are in Charlotte right? Oh yeah... I have a 1990 DA9. I am doing a JDM B18C swap. I was going to use the OE ones but they were all torn/separated from the outer metal. Im thinking about Prothane mounts to fill the metal brackets... i didnt know they made them for DA's. Know where to get them?

cool, I assume your running a cable trans then? If your mounts aren't to bad you can use "window weld" from Napa. it may not be on the shelf but if you ask fot it they should have it in back, it's basically urethane that's used to hold install windshields and 1/4 glass. I have used this to fill OEM mounts for the same result of prothane. only thing is I have not been able to see long term effects yet as far as holding up after abusive driving.
The only difference in motor mounts should be 5spd vs. auto in the DAs. I am not sure if prothane makes you inserts or not but check Energy suspension and Prothane motion control cause they would have them before anybody else
