I'm building a new front bumper and I need to make a mock up of the right sized IC....

u might wanna explain a little better if u want replies.

are u asking what ic u should get? or are u asking what is the best size? If i were u.. i would pick a IC first, then u knwo the exact demensions of it for ur custom bumper

 

What is the ideal size (8x20x3, is there a formula, etc.)? I'm building the bumper to accomodate the IC.......

 

get the 20x7.75x3.5 core..# 2-178 from spearco..get the end tanks for about $ 50....not too big, not too small when it comes to size...

On what car is this chiller going to be installed????

 

on modified CRX, but again, I'd like the ideal size because I am rebuilding the front bumper cover and I can modify the frame to make it fit. I'm shooting for 400-450HP when around 20-25psi.

Apex Skyline Core and then just choose whatever end tanks U need. Thats what I did. Have no problems.

 

That thing is HUGE!!!
