Hmmmm, Dr. Vazquez thinks you're have HypeRidos. It's a typical ricer disease... Many people with Non HypeRs feel inadequte in their LESSER models (as the HypeR owners say). Then feel the need to ... enhance their car to look like... well, yeah.. a HypeR too.
Examples include...
Stickers.

Red Valve Cover...
Dude, you drive a clean white GSR... strip all the crap off... clean it off, and be proud. Plenty of people don't even drive a car THAT nice.
I got the stickers last summer when I was at the Jersey shore. On the boardwalk, there was a place that could make any sticker for you. So I got those. I think they looks nice. The red matches the emblems. What do you guys think?
Alot of what I am reading is BS. That wing looks good. Its a oem kit wing so quit ragging on the kids wing calling it rice. IT WAS MADE FOR THAT CAR! and I like the red valve cover not because it is a ITR wannabe as I have seen posted. But because it adds a nicer look under the hood. Good job on the car

The oem front bumber is just an add-on to the stock front bumber right?? And will that look good on the 95 front end?

* Thermal Stealth Exhaust
* Chikara Torque-step Header
My advice is... forget about the rest of the "looks good things". Order either a DC JDM 4-1 (budget minded) or... get a ITR JDM 4-1. Then try a test pipe... keep the thermal... personally I'm a big fan of those. Sell the Header and Intake... get an AEM CAI or a Comptech Icebox OR, build an Icebox for $50ish.
Then with a little extra, maybe a VAFC or SAFC... take it to the dyno and tune it. You will have TONS more fun with your car with this formula. THEN, later on down the road... LOWER it. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT put a lip on this car before you lower it. You may drop it to where you feel it doesn't need a lip.
Take this advice... work with it. Seriously, not raggin... you have a potentally clean GSR... I'd hate to see HypeRidos get you too.
I'm getting an AEM CAI when I can find one for around $100. And I am buying a DC 4-2-1 SS off my friend for $200. And as for lowering it. Thats coming in the next couple of weeks. I was thinkng neuspeed sports or H&R Sports.

With a Teg maybe you should go to the local Acura Dealer and get some ITR parts for that soft *** suspension instead of the wing. But If you like the wig, opps wing then so be it.. But if you bring the 4x4 down to the ground I think you will be much happier :
