alright i have a 1994 civic ex with a b18c1 swap in it the head is jdm and the bottom end is usdm for some reason i hit rev limiter at 7200, ive changed out the spool valve screen and i also have changed ecu i have a p28 now and the spark plug wires are in the correct spots, the only code i am runnin is the knock sensor please ineed some help!!!

it your ecu , your runnin a p28 ecu and it not chipped or not runing hondata, that why rev limiter is at 7200rpm.

by who? stock p28 is for obd1 vtec sohc that is stock redline open up the ecu, see what chip it has. it should have stickers of some sort and say p28 in the bar code on the side. do you have a cel?

 

alright ill open it up and see, yeah im throwing a knock sensor code

 

wut program are you runnin on that ecu

 

never mind i thought it was chipped but i dont see anywhere where it was chipped at
