So I have the purple Zex Bottle and it's in bad shape, the sticker is missing and there's somethin sticky and black that I can't get off.

I was thinking of getting rid of all the purple and hoping it would turn out like a brushed aluminum, nothing crazy shiny, but a light shine.

Is this possible with paint stripper and some high grit sanding, then polish? Thanks for the input. Any other suggestions are more than welcome.

I'm doin the duffle bag thing right now, but I'd like to not be embarrassed of it when it's time to take it out...

If I do choose to do the polish thing, would those (^) be the correct steps or is the paint hard to get off?
