Does JUN even make parts for the H23?

No...

I don't think JUN has done anything with an H23/F22B, plus a 7800 redline on those engines is just stupid with a stock head.

Is it an eBay special?

7800 on "typical' h23 would be impossible. maybe 7200 safely on stock internals yes ,/no??

that sounds like a real bearing spinner.

Its probably really only for an H22

even if it was a real JUN ecu, i still wouldnt buy it.....cmon now....
you can say goodbye to your motor with a JUN ecu with a 8500 redline and a lot more fuel on your stock motor

If your hell bent on an ecu, get a crome hondata or neptune chipped ecu.
