JDM swap in 97 SH - Lose ATTS function?

Hey i need some help here,
"jdm ECU (P13) jdm Wiring harness OBD1", would i lose the ATTS function with a H22A JDM with that ECU?

Or is it only if i put it with and LSD tranny?

the atts unit is on the back of the engine. Does that answer your question?

Ahyah ... but i read in here somewhere, someday that having an LSD transmission makes you lose atts... or not?
