Will 94 Integ AC Compressor Work In 97 ITR?

I found a AC compressor from a 94 teg on Craigslist. It has a slightly different part number than a 97 ITR on Sons (baranco) website.

Anyone know if it'll fit/work?

94 PN: 38810-p72-003
97 ITR: 38810-P9K-E01

My craigslist person and I just chatted. Unfortunately, he really had a condensor for sale, not a compressor.

So, still looking...
