No. Throw some pads on if you'd like.

 

and clean it up with some brake cleaner

 

You have to look at the inner brake pad too, either through the hole in the middle of the caliper, or removing the caliper bolt(s) and lifting the caliper to inspect the inner pad. Removing the bolt(s) and lifting caliper is best, as sometimes the edge of the inner pads are worn down first and looking through the middle hole won't always reveal that.

Many times the inner pad is worn out first, before the outer pad.
