LS/VTEC help needed
I am going LS/VTEC on my integra i just wanted to know which way should i go in terms of pistons, valves, valve springs and retainers and etc for the best all motor setup?

if you got the extra cake i would go with forged pistons since they heat up less than oem..and supertech springs and retainers are the best bang for the buck you can get them on the sponsor section of the website
