01-03 tail lights on 04 EM2

do the tail lights from the 01-03 civic fit on the 04-05 models???

ok i jus wanted to make sure before i bought them. so i should have no problem at all swapping the tail lights??

No, you shouldn't. The only time you'd have a problem, is if you were going the other way around. You'd have to extend the wiring to fit 04-05 tails on the 01-03.
