I just got my engine back from Jim Justice at Justice Racing Engines (great guy to deal with) but he's in maryland. I couldn't find any people to do sleeving work for a good price around here. He did flanged sleeves and honed for forged pistons for me. If anything tell him Shri told you but it is a bit of a drive.

http://www.justiceracingengines.com I believe, give him a call and talk to him. I literally got my engine back last week. He is a great guy to deal with and fair prices too. Tell him Shri recommended you. They work on a lot of honda's and mitsu's.
