Looking for a cheap pair of rims with decent summer or all season tires. I'm buying this 93 teg and it has crappy tires and gay lookin LS hubcaps. Looking to spend no more than $400 shipped, but would prefer cheaper.

Blades, Si's, or Fat fives would be a good fit

Also, the guy put a fart can on the back of the teg. If anybody has a quiet exhaust, non stock, i'd be interested. Actually stock might be ok as long as its in perfect condition and has a solid tip on it.
