taking out the backseats in the R

Default taking out the backseats in the R

we have removed the bottom part of it but we can get to the bolt on the side of the seat by the panel to remove the top part, pic:

push it in toward the panel which will allow you to remove the tab on the part of the seat that faces the center of the car.

Its not a bolt...its a clip....pull it off with needle nose pliers....

You don't need to remove any screw in there.
In the area you marked, there should be a black plastic clip. Pull it out with a pair of pliers, then slide the back seat towards the side panel and it should come off the hinges.
By the way, how come did you removed the bottom seat without removing the 10mm bolt underneath the back seat without removing it first?

This is correct, and it's the way I have always done it. It's actually very easy once you see how it works. You won't get the end in the picture out first. It comes out from the middle hinge first.
