taking out the backseats in the R
You don't need to remove any screw in there.
In the area you marked, there should be a black plastic clip. Pull it out with a pair of pliers, then slide the back seat towards the side panel and it should come off the hinges.
By the way, how come did you removed the bottom seat without removing the 10mm bolt underneath the back seat without removing it first?
