ac problem

ac problem
ok i did a gsr swap, put all my ac stuff in the car, charged the system, and if i am driving with it on its ok but if i turn it off and turn it back on the condensor fan fuse blows (the one under the hood) it was a 20 amp fuse so i repalced it with a 30 amp fuse (i thought the bigger motor might be doing something) but when that fuse blows the compressor cuts off so then the ac dont work
what could be blowing my fuse?
