Does exedy make the cerametallic for the D16's?

Why would you go with exedy anyway with a d-series??
Action clutch makes a clutch good for 500hp for the d-series. It's held up for me so far..
Btw.. My exedy did not hold when I had 250hp

They do make the clutch. I stock them and also just installed this specific clutch on a customers 95 Si. Its turbo and since its only boosting about 9psi it will hold up fine. The torque ratings for the sohc are low, so if you plan on boosting and making some serious power go ACT Xtreme, Comp Clutch or maybe a higher staged clutchmasters.
