Dang GOT EM bro. More *THAN* one. If you're going to correct someone with an idiotic response instead of being useful THEN at least be capable of using kindergarten level grammar properly.
On topic in case someone else decides to dig up a 16 year old thread - A header made for a B18 (and most headers marketed as "B Series" headers are designed around the B18) will always fit a B16. However if a header is made specifically for a B16, there is a high possibility that it will not clear the oil pan on a B18 or B20 block due to the fact that the B16 has a shorter deck height than the rest of the B series familiy (with the exception of B16B that has the same deck height as the B18/B20).
*sigh*

Unfortunately ancient threads are the only things that exist on here with helpful info. Takes a million threads being read to find info because no one wants to provide a reliable link or say anything other than "UsE dUh SssEaRcH". Unfortunately the search function on here is absolutely useless.
Also clearly the search works SOMEHOW or you wouldn't find these old threads to begin with.
General protip, as much as I hate to suggest using Google services: If you go to Google, and search with the prefix "site:honda-tech.com b18 header fit b16", it will limit the searches to only this honda-tech domain.
For example (typing in the Google search box):
site:honda-tech.com car overheating on highway
Your earlier response contributed nothing, was not indicative of you having any problem yourself, and looks like it wasn't even intended for this thread.
