Default FS: 97 Civic DX Hatch (d16Y8) in TN

Car is SOLD, thanks for looking.

Ok guys, time has come for me to move on from the hatch. I've owned this hatch for slightly over 2 years now, and put roughly 40k mi on it. In my ownership, I replaced the stock Y7 with a fresher Y8, as well as a host of other modifications.

Car:

1997 Civic DX Hatchback (175k on body)

Civic Type-R replica front end, painted ~ 1 yr ago. Lip/grill/front bumper replaced and painted. Replica headlights look great.
97 D16Y8 longblock (~130k on engine) - no knocks, pings or problems.
94 D16Z6 transmission, unknown mi - no grinds, shifts clean and smooth with Redline MTL fluid.

Dynatech 4-1 header (fantastic quality header!)
Generic eBay long tube 1pc CAI intake, < 1 mo old.
Custom 2 1/4" exhaust, Magnaflow High flow cat, has resonator and EP3 muffler. Very quiet.
Mild port and polish on head with portmatched intake manifold and NextGear heat-shield gasket.
Recent dyno produced 122 whp on stock ECU! (That's ~143 hp at the crank!)
Car runs/drives great, averages 28 mpg for me with fairly aggressive driving.
< 20k mi Exedy stock replacement clutch, ACT 12lb flywheel
Other stuff:

99-00 SI front seats
Instrument Bezel with oil pressure and volt meters.
Power window / locks conversion with keyless entry / alarm.
Replaced instrument cluster with one with a tach, reused speedo for correct mileage.
4 wheel disc with SI/EX front brakes, SI master cylinder, booster, and prop valve.
< 1yr old KYB GR-2 shocks with H&R OE Sport springs - very close to CTR rates / feel.
EX front sway bar, SI rear sway bar
Megan rear LCA's
GS-R Fat Fives painted bronze - have a couple chips, but still look great when clean.
< 10k mi Kuhmo Escta AST tires - 195/55/15, high performance all-season tire, no traction issues.
B&M Short shifter with ES Bushings
Prothane motor mount inserts

The Bad:
2 slight dents on front of hood
Some small rust spots on drivers side, a couple little dents
Paint is good on most of car, slightly faded on hood / roof and rear bumper.

Car is located in Antioch / Nashville, TN.

Blue book is $3,300, I'm asking $3,500, fairly firm.

Contact Info:

Any time, call (615) 423-1123, my name is Ben.

I can't think of anything else at the moment, so here are the most recent pics:
