Trying to get in touch with Howard @ Speed Innovations

I have been trying to call Howard @ Speed Innovations but nobody picks up the phone. Does anyone know of a better way of contacting him short of physically going there?

I get pretty good e-mail response from Howard, but they rarely answer the phone or return voice messages.
