My son and I put a Japan motor in our 97 Honda Accord EX with F22B. The Engine Swap required we replace the front engine cover so we could install the crank sensor and mated crank gear, throttle assy and thermostat housing. We got everything connected including all ground wires. However, the engine cranks and sputters but it will not stay running. Spark and fuel pressure is good. I think the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) my be bad. ANYONE HAVE ANY FEEDBACK ON WHAT THE ISSUE MEYBE!

 

Dying battery a possibility?

 

replace your fuel pump

 

Battery is good. Passes load test and holds a good charge

 

Fuel pump pressure was checked at the fuel rail and is it great. I thought it was fuel pump at first too

 

Spark plugs wires in correct order?

What about timing marks?
