95 Prelude VTEC Turbo??
I'm getting a 95 prelude vtec and with some of the extra cash I have I was looking to turbocharge this bad boy. Anyone know of a company that makes a turbo for the h22a?
This is what our kit includes (MaxRev),
Our Manifold:
H Series – Longer runner design with ultra compact design that is one of the only manifolds on the market that allows the use of a TiAl remote wastegate and larger T3/to4e turbocharger to be placed in the Prelude and Prelude SH engine bay with NO modification to stock components (AC, Power steering, block notching etc. ) It is made of Forged Stainless Steel and is of a Log style design. Our flanges are CNC machined and the head flanges are slotted to prevent cracking. We feel that these are the best street manifolds available for our cars.
The Turbo:
We are using the Garrett T3/T04E 57 trim stage 3 .63 AR turbocharger in our kit. This turbo is brand new, not remanufactured and it is the new design with the higher flow 4-bolt exhaust housing design.
Downpipe:
Our handmade Stainless steel downpipe measures 2.5” in diameter and uses CNC’d turbo flanges and a stainless steel flex section. This downpipe is compatible with Air conditioning. We do offer a 3” version at that does not allow to keep AC.
Wastegate:
TiAl remote wastegate with 7lb spring
Intercooler:
We are using our in house extruded tubing intercoolers with TIG welded endtanks as part of this kit. You have the option of either 2.25 or 2.5 inlet/outlet sizes.
Turbo plumbing:
the kit includes a stainless steel oil feed line, and all necessary earls aluminum fittings to properly oil your turbo from the block all the way back to the oil pan.
Piping:
because we recognize the diversity in all the different Honda motor/car setups, we do not ship completed piping. We instead ship 6 Ubends so you can do it yourself or have a local muffler shop fabricate your intercooler piping. We feel that this way is far superior to making generic fitting parts that don’t fit too well anyway.
Misc. we include the necessary hose clamps and silicon couplings necessary to connect all your piping, as well as the all turbo and manifold hardware necessary.
You can check out some pics of our kit @ this post

thank you shane! I"m driving down to Kansas City hopefully within the next week to look at the lude i'm gonna get. I should have an extra $2500. So it'll be another month or so to save up. Can you tell me some recommended parts I should upgrade so I can use the turbo harder then like 6 or 7 psi? Thanks
