hey need some help, i've got no clue why but my car starts, idles really shitty, and then after a while stalls. throwing codes 5 and 13... tried different ECU's, checked wiring, timing, fuses, sensors, vaccum lines....i'm stumped.

it was a straight swap from one DOHC ZC to a rebuilt one and now i have this idling thing.... any ideas?

 

sounds to me like it is probably vacuum related - have you checked for vacuum leaks at the intake manifold to head and throttle body to manifold? does this engine have 2 vacuum ports on the back of the intake manifold just above the EACV (A/T engine)? if so, are the capped separately or connected together? connected together will cause vacuum leak

 

thanks for the tip i do have them connected together so i guess i'll try the other way you suggested. i hope youre right....

 

i had those two vacuum port connected together and 'm fine!!

 

turned out to be wrong plug and vaccum to the map...s'all good now =D thanks for the help guys. i have the two connected still and she's good as well
