Default Quick question about possible ITR tranny

Hey guys quick question,

I bought a tranny...that is a supposive type-r tranny with an LSD....for my 98 integra gsr...(custom turbo kit 302whp) I broke my stock gs-r tranny which had the open diff....I bought this one from a guy...it DOES infact have a diff in it...but I cant identify the tranny..the only marking Ive found on the tranny itself say "YSK-1" and all the searching Ive done says these are cable transmissions...but he had it in an EF and had the Hasboro cable to hydraulic kit on it..so I KNOW its hydraulic but is this infact an ITR tranny?...or B16? or? either way ill be glad to have A tranny..with an LSD...even if it is a b16...they have itr like gearing..so I wouldnt be too pissed....cuz I didnt pay too much ...but just wondering if you guys had any input. thanks in advanced.

That tranny stamp is one I haven't seen for an R tranny for any year, and if does infact have an LSD it should be stamped on there as well...

i think that's the tranny that came with the b16 from the JDM EG SiR. i believe the gearing is the same as the USDM ITR and that LSD was optional.

ok Sry...I posted under a friends name..this is my actualy name now...so you guys beleive its a jdm EG SiR tranny with an LSD? cuz it deffinately has a LSD>.but it was sold to me as a type-r tranny...but the only markings on it are YSK-1..and its definately hydraulic....and its definately getting put in my car right now....so hopefully...the gearing will be nice....I dont really mind it being a b16..specially if it has the samne LSD used in the ITR tranny...just sucks not having the dual...synchros.....any other input?
