just as title stated. any ideas out there i want to put power windows in my car and power door locks

Power window motors can draw a fair amount of current and by using relays, you don't have to pass that current through the switches.

so without the window relays or power door lock relays it will burnt out the switches ?

It may take time, but the power window motors will burn out most switches.

As for door lock's, the usage of relays has to deal with making up the required "polarity swapping" circuit.

Now would be a good time to recommend that you go to "the12volt.com" site and see what they have!!
