i spent 6 months to find my car, and really care about her...


ok, i parked my car (ej8) outside the place i work (parked in 1st gear + e-brake).
30mins later, my pager went off. so i rushed to my car and found out my
car got hit by a company car!!!!

the damage is driver side's fender and door. couldnt open the door anymore...

after work, while i was driving, my car doesnt go straight anymore!!!

the company said they will pay for new fender,door and labor.

when i go to body shop, beside the body damage, i think i will request to check the wheels alignment as well.

what else should i ask the body shop guy to check? because i dont want something goes wrong on my car a month later ,and my company doesnt
response for the damage.

since i parked in gear, should i ask them to check my transmission as well?

any opinion would help!!! thanks a lot !!!

 

A full check for damage of the frame of the vehicle, suspension parts of the car, etc.. Sorry about your loss.

 

just check the wheel alignment probably he also hit your front tire that is why it doesnt go straight. as for the transmission i think it's seems ok.

 

have them check out the core support, unibody and such also to make sure its straight.

the transmission should fine.
