how much does it cost to convert from auto to manual?

this has been covered a millon times but i'll tell ya anyway, i did mine for $400 but i collected part by part cheap as i could. junk yards help, and try your local craigslist. but most cost around $600-$800 for the full swap. if its for a eg/ej1 make sure to get the hasport auto-manual mount. i welded the stock top tranny mount and it was a bitch!
