i would like to pass emisions we have no laws in ohio :DD and i looked for other posts but didnt find what i was lookin for

can i swap the p28 with p13 just that simple?
someone says run acetone in the fuel and u will pass easy?

no egr because i have a p28 !!
do i replace intake with factory?
I need a cat? yaa
my p28 was tuned with chrome!!??

any help would be realllllly helpful im moving in a couple months ~~
