i hepled build it. he bought it for 950 dollars and we emmediatle put a b16a2 in it and redid the suspension. thats what i did. the body work was done by a friend for dirt *** cheap. is was rusty and dented as hell but looks clean now

Prepare to be roasted here. Bling bling is very unpopular on this board. The stuff you should plan on being criticized for:

1. Body kit
2. Rear wing
3. Paint job color
4. Decals
5. Altezza's
6. Mirrors


I think it's ok, and it obviously took some wrench time to get it where it is, but people on a tech board like "factory" look with performance.

nice overall as long as u like it. i think spoon mirriors will make the car look nicer.

congrat, the car has come from humble beginnings.

 

Buddy club kit is nice as ****, like the paint, overall badass car, just not diging the F&F theme, but you guys did some great work and the car looks great and i am sure it has some go to with the b16

 

i think the car looks clean as hell but buying a carbon fiber wing would look better.

 

those things are so cool, i wish i could do that or not but other than the ricey stuff, its a nice car

 

It looks good, not my style, but i respect the insane amount of work that it took to get it in to the condition that it is in now. Those pics of it when the body work was halfway done, and the car wasnt painted, really show how much work, and bondo go into making a car look that good.

Where in MN do you live?? I live in the twin cities and I have never seen ur car anywhere, I know I would remember it if I did!!

i like the effort you put into the car, you made it from scrap to show car.
I personally don't like the paint job, or the stickers, i like the body kit.

Should have gotten your car just plain white or peal white.
Other than paint and stickers, you got a nice car. IMO

 

Over how long of a period were those pictures (from begining to end) taken? Months? Years? Overall, A lot of hard work, it must be satisfying. What's next?

 

dude sweet car. i know a guy with an mr2 with that color. the picks dont do it justice. the paint looks so much better in person. nice job.

Only bad thing I can assume, or guess is that you didn't spray the engine bay too. Becasue there are no pictures of the engine when the car is done. I say drop the motor and take it back to the paint booth.

Because on the one hand. You've got a clean *** engine swap.
On the other hand. People will be able to see the old color in the engine bay.

C'mon, that is supposed to be a show stopper boyee.

The orange paint is actually pretty cool/unique. The wing and lights are obviosly very played out, the body kit is a little exotic. I'm feeling the rims though.

EDIT: What part of MN are you from? I haven't even see that car before...
