Default XS-ENGINEERING D16 Turbo Kit

Hola,
Wondering if http://www.labjunkies.com/HOME2.htm -(Below the wheel) is a proper investment for a noob with a 97 HatchBack DX with D16Y7. Is it a complete bolt on besides ECU(will the one below the kit suit me)? Or what else will I need.

Am I better off with this kit http://tunertoys.zoovy.com/product/TURB2 as far as direct bolt on. With this kit will I need an intercooler?

I am only planing on 6-8 psi and somewhere in the 14's for 1/4 mile.

I have also searched as much as possible for this so be kind. Thanks.

That's XS power garbage, not XS Engineering. XS Engineering makes quality parts, XS Power does NOT!
