from a B to a D in my 00 EK hatch need to know some things!
Alright now i am currently removing the B16b in my ek hatch and replacing it with a OBD2 D series motor. What will i need to get the D into the car? will the axles swap over to the D? I know i will need the D's ecu correct? Can i use the same wiring harness? The car has power steering and AC which will be left In but i need to know if i will have to purchase any other parts to get a D into my car again. If some one has some type of list or could make me a list of what i will need it would be greatly apreciated.

Wow, thats crazy. From my knowledge you'll need the following
D Series Motor Mounts
D Series Rear Transmission Bracket
96+ D Series ECU
D Series Axles
D Series AC Compressor and Lines (im pretty sure)
D Series Power Steering Pump (Have one for sale )
The same wiring harness is fine
From the top of my head thats about it
, im sure someone may mention a thing or two that i might have forgotten.

wait what??? your taking a civic type r engine OUT and putting in a d series??!?! is this backwards day or are you putting that engine in a different car?

The hatch is going and the motor is already sold but i just need to know what i need to use from the B to get the D in and what needs to be kept. Yeah its crazy but im building another car guys so it has to happen

find a d to b checklist and get the same stuff for your swap only for the d engine....kinda simple.
I've also seen two guys in the past that swapped in d's into tegs they pulled the drivetrains out of lol. straightforward.
