So I'm at Wendys last night tryin to eat and the kid in a prelude pulls up next to me. Its on 18's with all the ricer accesories. Dryivin like he stole it (maybe?)

Anyways, he looks at me and asks "So what is VTEC anyways? Isn't that sorta like a turbo?"

I was taken aback....A) he really had no idea
B) what in the hell is "kinda" like a turbo?

Anyways I told him that it had to do with the special APC spark plug wires honda out on factory and got the hell outta there...

I tried and have failed too many times in this area...they're all rich little kids with parents money, no desire to get dirty and too concerned about looking fast.....besides this kid has reved on me plenty of times before and I don't deal well with that...hehe

 

LOL.. that's hilarious. Fortunately, I have never had a "ricer encounter" as the one you described. You should've told him that Honda also supplied NAWWZ from the factory for your ITR and invited the kid to "Race Warz".. LOL...
