is the EM1 Si Climate/AC controls different then 99-00 regular civic climate/AC controls

Just like the title states. Im going to pick one up at the salvage yard, but Im not sure if the Si is different then your EG8

I am not positive but i believe the only difference is the EM1 controls light up amber.
