Default light wieght radiator???????

hey guys i think ima be needing a new radiator soon i was just wondering if i should go with a brand god speed cause i can get it from a friend for such a low price....... any how should i just buy another radiator from my nearest honda dealership or should i purchas a light weight radiator for weight reduction if soo what brand would fit my car 02 civic lx peace guys thanks for the help

Your radiator only weighs about 5-10 lbs as it is. Being full of fluid and having the fans mounted to it, make it seem heavier. But, even if you were to swap, you wouldn't lose more than a couple pounds from your car.

Koyo makes an aluminium radiator for our cars. If its actually lighter than stock, I dont know.

Stock is fine. I changed mine, because I needed an RSX radiator for the engine swap. The only reason you should change yours, is if you have a large leak, or some sort of block that would prevent the coolant from flowing properly. You're not going to be shaving much weight (if any), so there's no real need.

you need to be happy with the stock radiator, it's made by known companys: KOYO and DENSO, I got mine replaced, got the DENSO then.
