Last seen: Oak/LaSalle (near LaSalle/Division) at 1:30am early Sunday morning.

Obvious things to look for:

92 Civic hatchback DX
Dark gray (IS-300 gunmental)
Front BBK/GSR rear discs
Dropped with 16" Rota c8
Si lip
Interior gutted from carpet to headliner but dash in tact.
Apexi WS exhaust
Amber corners
CF Spoon spoiler
Nitrous kit in rear hatch
Benen front/rear hooks

No alarm, the car did have a fuel cut-off but of course I didn't engage it.
LaSalle is a real busy street even at late night with 4 lanes going both-ways. I thought it was safe.. thought wrong.
The car is rarely parked or even driven... this was the first time I brought it to Chicago in weeks; I store it with my friend in the burbs as I rarely use the car... of course it's the night thieves were on the prowl.

I have basic liabilities as well, and nope, it's far different than comprehensive. It's a loss, but thankfully not a huge one.

And you're right, I am hearing stories left and right about cars being taken in Chicago. First of all I rarely see modded Hondas where I live. Secondly I live in a nice part of Chicago (gold-coast)... so whomever is doing this... god damn you.

 

Thats freaking crazy man, WAY to many hondas are being stolen in the chicago area as of late.

the police need to set up some hondas w/ that **** they use to catch car theives and ill bet they would catch the theives who have been stealing all the hatches. i heard of two others in the past month too. thats some bullshit, id F#%kin kill someone

 

No word yet... of course it gets stolen the night before the Honda meet at gingerman... sighhh.
