how do you remove the rack and pinion 1997 accord?

how do you remove the rack and pinion 1997 accord?
i know the question is kinda vague, but im tryin to figure out how to remove the rack and pinion off of a 97 accord. the actual piece is loose, but cant figure out how to drop it out of place. there are two brackets on each side stopping it from dropping out. is there a way to bend or twist the ends of the rack n pinion in order to make it come out? any input or diagrams would be greatly appreciated. thanks!!

search, I know I've responded to a couple threads like this lately giving instructions on what is needed to remove the rack. Remember to look in both the archives and recent threads.
