OEM Si Lip--How Did You Install It?

Sup guys, I just bought an OEM Si Lip from a Honda Wholesaler, but it didn't come with mounting instructions or hardware. For those of you that had to put one on, how did you do it and what will I need? Thanks homies!

Is that the picture your looking for. It may be some help. Assuming you have a 99Si.
