Good price for S2000?

Dang guys, c'mon man. It;s usually COMMON sense when people ask these questions.
Go here http://www.autotrader.com
And look for the median price range for that milage. If it's lower than the median, then it would be common sense that it;s a good price. But then you have to ask your self questions other than a good price.
- Condition
- Maintainence History
- Title Status
- Budget (hell even if it was 5k, if you can't afford it then it's not a good price)
- Repair history/ work done
- Keen milage for city or highway use?

Sounds like a decent price if it is in good condition. More Details are needed.
