I know the switch on the dash is for the gauges. The only visual difference is one is flush and the other is not. I heard a rumor that the edm dimmer switch is for the dome light. Can someone help me out here.

you were lied to.
bb4 preludes had a coin pocket holder in place of the switches on the bottom. They did not need a sunroof switch because they had no sunroofs. I have that dimmer switch right now.

 

Oh well at least you got that mad tyte JDM half-mast switch , you can fit some Acuras seat heating switches into those two other slots :/

Do you think its possible to use the switch to the dome light. I know there would have to be some kind of fabrication with the light assembly,because of the bulb.

I just think it would be a cool mod to set the mood.

 

i'm sure it's easy to do, get yourself a dimmer relay, wire diagram and a volt meter and play with it.

 

do you think I could use the dimmer relay from the el gauge and wire diagram?
