Just did a jdm swap for a friend on his 95 teggy but never thought about needing a new cable, what one are you guys rocking? Thanks!

Try a DA latch and cable.

 

You need a cable from a DA.

haha, I thought maybe the fellow type r owners would help since I know some of the boys on here have jdm fronts.

 

Thanks I'll try that, I have a jdm hood latch in it right now so I'll try the da cable and I'll swap the latch also if need be

 

Keep your stock latch. Just flip it and bolt it back in.

use a jdm cable, the tip will be blue. you might be able to find it at password jdm or some online jdm dealers.
Some how, when I did my jdm conversion it came with the jdm cable.
I've herd you can use the da cable.

As others have stated, the JDM latch and DA hood cable will work very well.
