im about to buy an 07 civic SI that was manuf. in late may
i was wondering if the 07's had the updated code for the rev hang

Yes the rev hang issue has been resolved considerably better than the 06's.
Its still there slightly.....but its not that bad. Its like any Drive by wire car.

Try turning the VSA off when driving sporty. If the system senses a tire slip etc your car will hit a wall for a sec until the system determines its safe to apply full power once again.
That is why people have recorded .5 second 1/4 mile times when turning VSA off at the track.
