i started the car for only 3 secs twice and never again


i got the car to start. I know the car havent been started for a while.
today i started and the car started like Sh*t. friend said he saw some smoke
coming from the cat. i took it off and black smoke was coming from there.
here a picture where it came out from. car sounds like bubbling noises.
