Default Cat. Converter replacement

I was curious to see if anyone has replaced their converter with an oem part NOT purchased from Honda. I have a 99 EX and think I found one on the T.A.S. website. Thought I would ask. I'm not positive what Honda charges, but I have heard its not cheap. The one I found is about 200 bucks. Any help is appreciated.

honda is a rip off for cats. go on ebay, look for carsound. its by magnaflow if i am not mistaking. cost like 59 or 69 bucks. can't remember. higher flow rate and they work. got one hooked up to my car and its been up and runing for over a year. others had theirs longer. do a search on here and find out more if you want. oh and yes it will pass inspection. well mine did. i am obd1 but i wouldn't think the obd would matter.
