I have had my car for over a year now and it burns oil, I changed the spark plugs, and they were whiteish with oil build up on them, my car also has little bottom end power and only has 110k on the motor. It runs fine, but everything I have checked leads to the valve seals. I was told to replace two o-rings on i think the cams or somewhere up top, and I think to us somekinda lube. I was also told to replace my timing belt and waterpump while i had a chance too. So what I was wonderin is if U guys would kinda give me a walk though of this, so i don't forget anything, any help would be great, thank u, brian
