90 Accord ex 5 speed manual - clicking/clattering noise while turning right in 2nd gear

Not CV joints- clicking/clattering noise while turning right in 2nd gear -1990 Accord 5 speed
I have a 1990 Honda Accord ex with a 5 speed manual.
I've noticed a clicking/clattering noise while turning right in 2nd gear. It does NOT make this sound while turning left in 2nd gear. Also these sounds don't occur in any of the other gears while turning right. I've had both Left and Right CV axles replaced about a month ago and they are okay. I have had three independent Honda mechanics look at it and they all tell me it's not my CV joints but they can seem to pinpoint the problem.
