4" or 5" backspacing generally works

with the 5" it will pull the wheels into the wheel well a bit more and depending on what brakes you run you may have to run a spacer for caliper clearance

4" will offer a bit better clearance but sticks the wheels out of the wheel well more

why are you guys saying that these arent drag wheels, these are pretty much identical to the spin werks wheels. Just because they dont say "drag wheels" on the site doesnt mean anything. My lensos are looking mighty beat up, just wanna get a nicer looking wheel without paying 600$ for 2.

http://losangeles.craigslist.o....html

So basically you anwered your own question? People gave you info on backspacing, if you know you can use them as a Drag rim why ask why? lol

It is funny the people asking questions lately on the board are given advice and answers and they argue back so why be in a discussion forum. Geesh

I use 5" backspacing with a 1/2 inch spacer with my Weld Magnums

Edit:Its quite funny everyday on here someone wants to REINVENT THE WHEEL!

Also those things are 14lbs WOW that is heavy for a DRAG RIM. Lensos are 9 lbs, my Welds are 8lbs I believe, the Spinwerkes/Circle same company has Drag rims and I do believe Bisis said they were like 6-7 lbs

If your tire spins on your Lenso's just think how much they'll spin on circle track wheels

Hey any ricer worth his weight will tell you looks are worth 50-60 whp.

And wouldn't two 14lb wheels help to add weight to the front end for more traction...

I agree that a better looking wheel wont do anything BUT, I can't stand for stuff to look like **** on my cars, thats just the way I am, I've always paid lots of attention to small details. So what if i want my drag car to look nice. Im gonna see if i can find someone to professionally powder coat the lensos.
