wtf is that?

 

"Bench racing" is a race in theory. ie. not racing, but a "who would win?" style of question.

 

i have a "blah blah blah" car with "blah blah blah" done to it and my buddy has a "blah blah blah" with "blahbitty blah blah" done to it. who would win because we're both too lazy to take them to the track to find out. = bench racing. and drop the e when adding "ing"

 

He's still in H.S. so give him a break. Next time you have a question about why your thread gets locked, I would contact an administrator as opposed to starting a new thread that will be locked for lack of technical content. Good luck on H-T and go race that f-ing SRT-4. If not I will with my bike.

Bench racing is a term coined by moderators and old time users to refer to threads about what car would be theoretically quicke or the theoretical winner in some situation or other, with some builds or other.

There was a time that there were enough of these threads for the moderators to get annoyed, and they tried to prohibit these threads because there were so many of them.

It's hard to just up and say, "no bench racing," but the threads can get very annoying very quickly as people bicker back and forth without proper facts and usually without any idea what they are talking about.

 

We should have a "term" forum in here. Then all of the teachers who drive Hondas can critique everyone.

damn ok....my friend told me i just had to reply to so many people and ive been every day but it not workn , i have a carbon fiber hood for an 92-95 eg and i few ppl lookn for one but i cant let them no it n annoys me cuz i wana sell it ha
