Hello honda-tech, i'm the proud and happy new owner of a 1993 del sol, i thought i would be coming to this board with a crx but that fell thru, so i picked up this beautiful thing

If anyone could give me some pointers, tips, ect on sol's it would be nice, I know my honda's fairly well to begin with, engines and such but some fresh info wouldn't hurt either









When I scrap some money together I'll get a nicer exaust, the fart cannon is a little loud and ricer-ish for me but for now it'll do. Car needs a little bit of body work and bulbs but otherwise its in great shape runs like a champ. tein suspension on all four corners and some no name ram-air on it lol. I noticed 1st gear on this is VERY touchy, like the car will start bouncing around. little odd.. or me just used to my uncles '84 vette's peddle

you're gonna get **** for posting with no tech and for the tail lights, but not from me. i do have a tip for you though, buy a new air filter. congrats on your buy and good luck with it.

 

buy a new filter or just clean it.

Like I said I just bought the car, The lights and fart cannon came with the car (soon to be changed as soon as I scap some cash together)Gotta fix the aux lights too, I'm hoping the bracket isn't broken and just a simple bolting back together, likewise on its bulbs. Hopefully they're just blown out

Engine's stock d15b, with that no name intake, yeh ill be seeing if i can clean it or ill buy a new k&n cone. Rear-disc conversion too.

The seats, no name I can find just yet, when I tear the car apart tomorow to clean it I'll look for a name. Let me tell you tho, those seats are soo comfortable, they hug you but not to an extent of not being able to move, very happy with those.

Nothing wrong with a no-name intake. They're all just pipes...but the filter should definately be changed out to a K&N. Just measure the dimensions of the one you ahve right now and order one online. When i ordered mine a while back they had every dimension you could think of. You just have to fill the chart out.
