When you press the unlock button, does the LED on the transmitter light up?

Have you tried replacing the battery in the transmitter?

Put the alarm in valet mode and take it back to the shop that installed it. Reputable shops all have a lifetime warranty on the install. And DEI has a lifetime warranty on their product.

610T is not a DEI alarm model number, maybe the remotes model number.

You will need to find alarm brain to get a model number.

Have you tried the manual override, turn ign. on and press valet/program switch/button.

Also try a reboot, disconnect batt. neg.(-) turn ign. switch on, [to run] and reconnect batt. neg.(-).

If the dash/park lights are flashing it indicates the alarm is triggered.

The LEDs flash-back , [3 times] is the the indication of what is triggering the alarm, but need to have a model number to know what 3 flashes is.

Although most if not all DEI alarms have a programmable and one-time chirp defeat, [no siren chirp when arming and disarming] I do not know of any, [entry level] that have a "silent" alarming mode. 94

Not sure why you have 3 buttons, but that is what the DEI valet/program button looks like, one of them may be for "blackjax" an anti-car jacking feature some DEI alarms have, the 3rd one I don't know.

Fallow the wires from the buttons, the valet/program button plugs into the alarm brain, the problem is that deff. DEI alarms have diff. manual override procedures, so a model number is needed, it would also allow you to unplug the unit and at least get the car going. 94

To get it going to return to the original installer for them to fix the problem...

Then you should be more specific when you type things, because that's not what you said in your first post...

Did you do what FCM said yet??

Well, it's pretty obvious from your posts that you're only interested in a quick fix and you're not willing to do any legwork...

Come back only when you've gotten the model number off the brain and stop wasting our time.

If there's a whole shitload of wires going into it, then yes, you've found the alarm's brain...
