Default 99 honda accord transmission.....

So I just purchased a 99 accord 4 cylinder and it seems the transmission is going out. Would anyone know what transmission will fit the 99 accord? Are they interchangeable like the B-series tranny's? Please help!!! Thanks!

It's a automatic

Btw: How much do they run for....(not from the dealer)

I'm not certain what your options would be with automatics, but I would guess it's similar options as a manual tranny, only limited by TCU's/ECU's or something that controls the tranny.

Most any F/H series from preludes (92-01) and accords (90-02) trannys should at least bolt up. Like I said, there might be limitations with the auto regarding transmission control systems.

Thanks for the reply's! I would just like to find something that I can just bolt on and drive without any problems or issues.

Would there be anyone in northern Cali. selling one for a reasonable price?!?!?
